This collection consists of an audiocassette and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Gregg W. Asher and Aaron Brownlee and Andrew Fasching in November 2003. Asher served in the United States Army during Vietnam in the 23rd Infantry Division, known as the Americal Division. He discusses his training, his experiences in Vietnam, and life in the United States when he returned. Asher was trained as a Quartermaster and achieved the rank of E-5.
